The SARTHI project in Latur is a large-scale infrastructure development by the Public Works Department (PWD) of Maharashtra. Spanning 3,00,000 Sq.ft., the site includes multiple buildings: a 12-floor Girl’s Hostel, a 12-floor Boy’s Hostel, a 2-floor Library Building, and a 2-floor Office Building. This initiative is aimed at enhancing student and staff facilities, supporting education through robust, modern infrastructure.

D.R.BELLARE has been appointed by Raje Structural Consultant.
This project required flexible and future-ready MEP designs, with cost-optimized and technically sound solutions across a multi-building site. Scope includes:
