  • Coordination with architectural, electrical, and plumbing, services.
  • Prefer Candidate who experience in Preparing documentation such as heat load calculations (E20), BOQ (duct quantity, insulation, etc.).
  • Coordinate with other drafters and designers to maintain consistency across project deliverables.

Education: Mechanical Draughtsman and AutoCAD / Draughtsman-IT/ Dimplo or B.E. in MEchanical Enginner (HVAC)

II. ELECTRICAL SENIOR DRAUGHTSMAN: 3 – 5 YEARS

  • Create /Drafting detailed technical Electrical & L.V. drawings and plans using CAD software (Understanding LT panels, HT basics. Power distribution (DB, SMDB, MCC), Lighting systems, Earthing & lightning protection, Knowledge of Transformers, DG sets (basic), Cables, cable trays, conduits, Switchgear, panels
  • Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements. Prepare schematics, All Electrical & L.V. Layouts(Lighting, Power, Cable tray, Raceway, Lightning Protection, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Public Address, Access control etc.) and diagrams for projects to relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently on drawings based on design inputs. (Experience in handling office, Commercial Building, High end Residential Building and Bungalow, Hospitals, Factories, IT Buildings, Institutional Buildings).
  • Coordination with architectural, plumbing, HVAC services.
