The project is a Gynecology and Pediatrician Hospital with a 189-bed capacity, under the Vilasrao Deshmukh Medical Government Institute of Medical Science in Latur, Maharashtra. It is developed by the Public Works Department (PWD) of Maharashtra. The hospital’s configuration features two basements, a ground floor, and five upper floors, offering specialized medical services for mothers and children.
D.R.BELLARE has been appointed by Raje Structural Consultant. Challenges were to have flexible Design in MEP services with future expansion, cost optimized Design, Technical Viable solution to fit in given space with below scope.
