The Upper Deck Resort in Lonavala, Maharashtra spans approximately 12.5 acres and is located on the highest peak of Lonavala at an elevation of 2,500 feet above sea level. The resort features 58 rooms, including standard rooms, deluxe rooms, cottages, and pavilions, offering a premium hospitality experience amidst nature.
D.R.BELLARE has been appointed by Architect Padmini Pandey.
The project required a flexible MEP design that supports future expansion, is cost-optimized, and technically viable for the terrain and space constraints. Scope includes:
